PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of an electronic controller for controlling an engine, a transmission, etc. mounted, for example, on a vehicle. SOLUTION: In the electronic controller 1, a connector housing 5 also serves as a case for storing a circuit board 7. To be more specific, the connector housing (hereinafter called "housing") 5 includes a bottom H0 where connector pins (hereinafter called "pin") 9 are formed upright and side walls which are so installed as to surround the pins 9 and form a connector insertion region 11, and continuous spaces K0, K1, and K2 are formed inside a pair of the side walls H1 and H2 out of the side walls and on one side of the bottom H0 opposite from the pinpoint side of the pins 9. The circuit board 7 consists of rigid portions R0, R1, and R2 and flexible portions F11, F12, F21, and F22, and is stored in the spaces K0-K2 of the housing 5 with the flexible portions bent. By installing a cover 25 for covering the openings of the spaces K0-K2 in the housing 5, electrodes 31 for connection formed in the rigid portion R0 of the circuit board 7 and the pins 9 are pressure-welded.
