There is provided a display device capable of having heat radiation parts easily installed therein. A display device (1) comprises a liquid crystal display device (2), which is display equipment, a circuit board (3) disposed behind the liquid crystal display device (2), and a case (4) storing the liquid crystal display device (2) and circuit board (2). The display device (1) is provided with a heat radiation member (5) exposed to the back side of the case (4), the heat radiation member (5) being formed with an extension forming section (19) which contacts the liquid crystal display device (2). The circuit board (3) is provided with an avoidance section (8), through which the extension forming section (19) is contacted with the liquid crystal display device (2).
