A third vertical wall (5) connecting the walls (1-4) and extending from one vertical wall and a fourth vertical wall (7) parallel to the walls (3, 4) form a vertical canal. The wall (4) has a wing (4a) extending parallel to the wall (5). The wing closes the canal of a juxtaposed modular unit.
