<p>A high-strength cold rolled steel sheet comprising a ferrite phase and a low temperature transformation phase, the ferrite phase having an average grain diameter of 20 mum or less while the low temperature transformation phase having a volume ratio of 0.1 to less than 10%, which high-strength cold rolled steel sheet exhibits an absolute value of in-plane anisotropy of r-value, |?r|, of less than 0.15 and has a thickness of 0.4 mm or greater. This high-strength cold rolled steel sheet exhibits a strength of 370 to 590 MPa and is excellent in bulging moldability, dent resistance, plane strain resistance, fabricating brittleness resistance, aging resistance and surface properties. Hence, the high-strength cold rolled steel sheet is suitable for use as, for example, automobile outer panels.</p> |
