Shell clamping mounts (SCM) (7) form a retaining space (RS) for a main conductor cable (MCC) (2) and attach around the MCC during its operation. A contact element (CE) (27) in a CE casing (35) fits in a SCM open on a side opposite the SCM side. The CE has rows of first contact teeth (29) jutting towards the RS. A clamping device (39) interlinks the SCM.
