An arrangement is provided which establishes a plurality of access points as slaves and also establishes a mobile device as a master, thereby allowing a plurality of resources of different access points to be utilized. A mobile communication processing apparatus searches for access points, produces, as pico-cell information, communication setting information for each access point, and produces a mapping table that stores utilization address information in accordance with a communication protocol applied for communication with the access points set in the pico-cell information. The mobile communication processing apparatus sets, based on the mapping table, addresses in accordance with the communication protocol, and executes, based on the pico-cell information, communication state setting processings to perform communication with the slaves. This arrangement can realize data processings utilizing various resources connected to the plurality of access points established as the slaves.
