Reception channel processing parts (110- 130) produce, based on the reception statuses of their respective input received signals, local station channel reception information. A channel information processing part (30) produces, based on both the local station channel reception information produced by the reception channel processing parts (110-130) and resource information, local station feedback information, and inserts the produced local station feedback information into a radio signal to be transmitted on a channel used for transmission. A MAC part (20) decides, based on local station feedback information inserted by a radio communication device on the other end of communication, both a transmission method and a transmission rate for each channel, and transmission channel processing parts (410-430) transmit, based on the decided transmission method and rate, their respective radio signals.
