The present invention refers to a fixing apparatus for rolling advertisements, which optimizes the rolling action of the same and comprises feeding means (30) that are joined to an electric power source; two motor drums (1, 2), each drum including an asynchronous electric engine (6) coupled to a frequency converter (21, 22), and associated with actuating means that rotate by command means. An advertisement supporting band (5) is constantly tighten by the edges thereof between the first motor drum that is at least winding (1) and the second motor drum that is at least winding (2); the command means comprise an electronic central unit (4) assembled to the frequency converters (21, 22) of the motor drums (1, 2) so as to ensure the feeding at a ranging frequency and, thereby generating in at least one direction a rotation at a ranging rate of the motor drums (1, 2).
