FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components, kg per 1000 dal of ready product: glucose, 1.0-3.0; xylitol, 1.5-4.5; citric acid, 0.05-0.2; succinic acid, 0.1-0.4; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength of vodka 40%.
