FIELD: glues. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hot melt glues that are able to absorb aqueous liquids. Glue comprises from about 10% to about 50% of block-copolymer representing linear or radial copolymer structure of the formula: (A-B)x wherein block A represents polyvinylarene block; block B represents poly(monoalkenyl) block; x means number of polymeric links and represents a whole number equal to 1 or above, and from about 20% to about 80% resin enhancing adhesiveness, and from about 1% to about 60% of polymer absorbing an aqueous liquid. Also, invention relates to absorbing article comprising moisture-penetrable upper layer, moisture-proof protecting layer, absorbing member between upper and protecting layers wherein moisture-penetrable upper layer or moisture-proof protecting layer is attached to absorbing member by the proposed hot melt glue.
