FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: complex nutritive supplement "Alfaluks", 1.0-3.0 kg; oat grit aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the 1-st blend, 3.0-5.0 l; rye malt aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the 1-st blend, 7.0-9.0 l; pantocrinum tincture, 0.01-0.9 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 20.0-22.0 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength of vodka 40%. Proposed vodka provides enhancing stability of ready product during its storage and organoleptic indices. Vodka shows synergetic effect of its components and barely detectable Madeira aroma and ginseng after tasting. ^ EFFECT: expanded assortment of vodkas, improved and valuable properties of vodka. ^ 3 ex |
