Reciprocating pedals are secured to levers to of driven sprocket 2 through rigid tie-rods 3. Devices to bring levers of driving sprocket 2 out of extreme point is hinge-secured on frame 1 and on rigid tie-rods 3. Frame 1 of bicycle provides distance of 10 cm between front and rear wheels in operating position of bicycle.
