Returning spring (38) bears on housing (24) of the valve seat through piping bearing member (34) at a distance from seat (3) of the valve provided on housing (24) and at a distance from sealing nib (32) mounted on housing (24) of the valve seat, which prevents seat (30) of the valve and sealing nib (32) against distortion due to the action of returning spring (38). There is a groove in the housing of seat (30) of the valve between the housing and sealing nib (38).
