FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves applying endonasal Doppler ultrasonography, determining blood circulation pattern in ethmoidal arteries using intraoperative gauge 20 MHz, setting it at an angle of 30° relative to medial nasal passage vessel in anterior and posterior ethmoidal arteries projection. Blood circulation parameters are calculated as systolic (LSBCS), mean (LSBCM), diastolic (LSBCD) linear speeds of blood circulation, pulse index (PI), systolic/diastolic coefficient (SDC), resistance index (RI) in the right and left ethmoidal arteries. The received values are compared to values of the same blood circulation parameters in norm, namely, LSBCS being equal to 55.24 in the right ethmoidal artery, in the left one - 59.41; the right ethmoidal artery LSBCM being equal to 30, in the left one - 29; the right ethmoidal artery LSBCD being equal to 12.71, in the left one - 13,48; the right ethmoidal artery PI in 1,9, in the left one - 1.7; the right ethmoidal artery SDC being equal to 4.48, in the left one - 4.56; the right ethmoidal artery RI being equal to 0.77, in the left one - 0.77. Hemodynamics is considered to be above norm, below norm and within the limits of norm as a result of comparison. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in investigating nasal cavity blood circulation parameters. ^ 2 dwg, 3 tbl |
