FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely manufacture of elastically deformed porous material and articles of such material for vibration insulation of dynamically loaded objects that may be used in railway road and automobile transport, in road building equipment, hoisting-positioning mechanisms and other ground transporting systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for making elastic porous non-woven material of metallic wire comprises steps of making article of predetermined shape, dimensions and mass by preparing blank in the form of uniform elastic porous metallic base of preliminarily creased and metered wire twisted to helix, stretched and placed in blank that is formed around central rod; cold pressing of such blank in press-mold; using in addition pair of threaded sleeves with needles, helical spring and additional shortened central body; arranging helical spring and threaded sleeves with needles onto shortened central body; wrapping central body with prepared uniform elastic porous metallic warp of blank; displacing central shortened body by means of central rod at threading mat with needles; removing central rod and compressed helical spring; again placing central rod and pressing blank in press-mold. ^ EFFECT: manufacture of elastic porous wire article capable for tensioning. ^ 3 dwg |
