FIELD: pumping engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: pump comprises pumping chamber with inlet and outlet valves, pumping member, and opening that connects the pumping chamber with the fluid to be sucked. The inlet valve is made in the pumping member. The opening is made with the use of the laser beam in the lid of the inlet valve. The openings is made of a trancated cone whose base faces the fluid to be sucked. The leakage from the pumping chamber to the fluid to be sucked is larger than that to the pumping chamber. The pumping member comprises load-bearing part and filling part that is made of a light material and provided with hollows. The buffer and pumping chamber have a common wall. The inner and outer buffer sides are provided with stiffening ribs and projections. The stiffening ribs on the inner side are perpendicular to the stiffening ribs on the outer side. ^ EFFECT: reduced cost and enhanced reliability. ^ 9 dwg |
