PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrostatic charge image developing toner in such a manner that the functions of a wax and colorant to be added to the toner can be sufficiently exhibited and the toner is also excellent in electrostatic charge stability etc., without allowing moisture, a dispersant, etc., to remain in the toner. SOLUTION: A coating layer included with at least one selected from the group from the wax and the colorant into the resin is formed under a dry process on the surface of a core particle of the electrostatic charge image developing toner formed with the coating layer on the surface of the core particle containing at least the resin and the colorant.
