TONER COMPOSITION AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner composition which does not require an overcoat applied on the toner ex post facto and has excellent friction resistance and solvent resistance and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The toner composition includes a polymer formed from styrene and acrylate and a UV curable acrylate oligomer and a colorant as needed. The UV curable acrylate oligomer suitably exists in an amount of about 1 to 15wt% in the toner composition. The toner may further include a wax and a photoinitiator as need.
