PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation efficiency by inhibiting a connecting member from freely moving along a fluid pipe with the connecting member inserted inside, during operation for connecting the fluid pipe to a connected body. SOLUTION: The connecting member 1 sandwiches the fluid pipe 11 with a connecting cylinder part 23a of a joint 23 to connect the fluid pipe 11 to the joint 23, and is provided with an insertion part for inserting the fluid pipe 11, and a free movement suppressing member 2 for suppressing the connecting member from moving along the fluid pipe 11 in a state that the fluid pipe 11 is inserted.
