PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive transmitting mechanism using a spring clutch capable of preventing the application of thrust force of an input member directly to an output member by mounting a restricting member for restricting the movement of the input member in the direction to the output member when the thrust load is generated, with a positioning relationship that the input member is collided with the restricting member earlier than a restricting member in the thrust direction of the output member (stop ring and detent of output shaft:D plane), and performing the restriction without increasing a dimension by applying the restricting member as a transmitting member engaged with the input member. SOLUTION: In this drive transmitting mechanism using the spring clutch, the restricting member 11 is mounted for restricting the axial movement of the drive input member 1.
