PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the improved protection of workers against a hot liquid in a cooling circuit when a closing cap is removed by improving an overflow sleeve of such a type that the sleeve is opened when the closing cap is removed in an automobile comprising a body, a drive machine cooled by a liquid through a cooling circuit, and a filler neck for the cooling circuit having a filler port, the removable closing cap for the filler port, and the overflow sleeve connected to an exhaust opening at the end part. SOLUTION: The filler port 20 of the filler neck 16 is disposed on the first side 26 of the wall part 4' of the body 4, and the overflow sleeve 24 is formed so that the discharge opening 27 is opened to a second side 28 on the opposite side of the first side 26 of wall parts 6, 7, 8, and 9.
