摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a valve guide pin, obtaining a valve part with high assembling accuracy by making the lower surface of the base of the valve guide pin in a flat state without a special post-process. SOLUTION: This valve guide pin 17 of a hydraulic buffer includes: a flange-like base 18; and a shaft part 20 projected from the center of the base 18, wherein a lower valve, a valve case and an upper valve are sequentially inserted in series in the base 18, the lower valve is held between the base 18 and the valve case, and the upper valve is held between the valve case and the exposed part at the forward end of the vase 20. The outer edge of the lower surface side of the base is provided with a projection preventing part 24 for preventing an unnecessary deformed part generated when the base 18 and the shaft part 20 are integrally formed by cold forging method so that the lower surface of the base is a vertical plane to the shaft part 20 from projecting below the base lower surface of the base.
