PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor increasing a volume ratio while outer diameter of spiral bodies remains the same, and having high efficiency at the time of high pressure ratio operation. SOLUTION: In a turning scroll and fixed scroll having the spiral body constituting a basic volute curve as an algebraic spiral curve, respectively, an inner side wall face of the fixed scroll spiral body is extended to a position exceeding an outer side wall face of the turning scroll spiral body, and the center of the basic volute curve and the center of an end plate are offset.
