PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition folding door, usable with a general-purpose rail for runners, in which an angle retaining device is completely concealed from the outside to make its appearance good when the folding door is completely folded and is housed to be compact . SOLUTION: The angle retaining device 10 comprises a base member 11 fixed to a door 6, an abutting arm member 13 attached to be swingable in relation to the base member 11 and around a vertical axis, and a spring member 12 for urging the abutting arm member 13 outwardly to retain the arm member 13 in a state of protrusion. The angle retaining device 10 is mounted on each of both doors 6, 6 constituting the folding door 1. When the folding door 1 is folded upon being moved, a V-letter shaped folding angle of the folding door 1 in a plan view is retained by the mutual abutment of the arm members 13, 13. When the folding door 1 is folded and housed, each of the arm members 13, 13 retreats into the side of the door 6 against the urging force of the spring member 12 while keeping the state of abutting.
