摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super lubrication system which can be configured in a fine scale, realize an excellent super lubrication state and can be easily structured from the viewpoint of processing, and to provide a method for structuring the system. SOLUTION: The super lubrication system comprises a metal sulfide crystal substrate (in particular, a molybdenum disulfide crystal substrate is preferable), a counter substrate (in particular, a molybdenum disulfide crystal substrate is preferable), and a metal oxide crystal (in particular, a molybdenum trioxide crystal is preferable) present between the above two substrates, the metal oxide crystal crystallized accompanying an interface on the metal sulfide crystal substrate by heat treatment of the metal sulfide crystal substrate in an oxygen atmosphere.
