PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of transporting a small number of cargoes by developing an energy saving cargo handling machine less in burden on workers, easy to handle and superior in convenience, which copes with the problems that cargo handling machines for handling a small number of cargoes less exist and work for loading/unloading cargoes on/from the loading space of a small truck and storing them in shelves is often performed manually by workers or drivers to cause job-related disease such as backache, although a various kinds of cargo handling machines applicable for mass transport exist. SOLUTION: A moving truck with large-diameter wheels is made so that a lifting passage is easily set on the loading space of a small truck or in front of a shelf, and a ride-on plate is provided on the truck. A vertical chain conveyor is mounted as a cargo lifting device on the moving truck for moving up and down in four masts. A fall-down preventive table is connected to the chain conveyor.
