PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components, prevent a cover from rattling, and enhance sealing performance. SOLUTION: The motor-driven mirror 1 is equipped with a base member 1 attached to a vehicle body, a shaft member 3 to be mounted to the base member 2, a case 4 provided with a built-in electric motor 20 and transmitting gears 22 and fixed as capable of rotating round the shaft member 3 within a specified angle range, the cover 5 covering the over-part of the case 4, and a mirror body 6 installed to the case 4. The arrangement includes a seal member 30 installed rigidly to the cover 5 and arranged in a place abutting to the case 4 in such a way of freely distorted and deformed, an locking hole 5d formed in the cover 5, and an locking projection 4a provided on the case 4 and admitting the locking of the hole 5d in a state that the seal member 30 is distorted and deformed.
