PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabin protecting structure of a working machine configured so that a cabin is formed in the front of the body and a counterweight is installed in the rear, capable of protecting the cabin even if the working machine tumbles 180°without influencing the installing space of the machine body and the layout and without obstructing the operator's view field from the cabin. SOLUTION: The cabin protecting structure of the working machine includes a protective structure equipped with a base table part installed on the counterweight and extending toward the rear surface of the cabin, a riser part extending along the rear surface from the base table part toward the top surface of the cabin, and an overhang extending from the top end of the riser part along the top surface toward the front end of the top surface.
