PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure for a vehicle capable of ensuring liveability of a rear row seat even when an auxiliary seat used between a front row seat and the rear row seat is folded and stored. SOLUTION: In the vehicle, a cabin 1 provided with a getting on/off port on a side surface is provided between front and rear axles 3, 4 and the front row seat 10 and the rear row seat 20 are provided on a floor panel 2 provided on a lower part of the cabin 1. Folding type auxiliary seats 30a, 30b used between the front row seat 10 and the rear row seat 20 are arranged on the floor panel 2. In the seat structure for the vehicle, support means 40a, 40b for selectively movably supporting the auxiliary seat 30a, 30b between a storage position where the auxiliary seats 30a, 30b are stored in a space part between the front row seat 10 and the floor panel 2 in the folded state and the usage position are provided.
