PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saw body surface hierarchy grinding and processing saw blade enabling the curving grinding becoming two upper and lower hierarchies of both sides of a saw body, reducing cutting resistance becoming the defect of a set free saw blade, enhancing cutting force and suppressing the adhesion of resin or the like to a blade part, forming a clean cut surface due to the smooth cutting quality and enhanced in work efficiency. SOLUTION: In the saw body 3 becoming the set free saw blade 2 of a single-edged saw 1, the area from the shoulder part of the saw body to the center part of the abdominal part slightly lower than the shoulder part is set to an upper layer grinding processing part 6 on both sides of the saw body and curving grinding processing is performed by a large rubstone to set the area up to the blade part of the lower part thereof to a lower layer grinding processing part 8 while curving grinding processing is performed by a small rubstone.
