PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate material with dimensions stable in efficiency, without the need for a huge amount of time. SOLUTION: The plate material is arranged in the tank, and pressurization is performed a plurality of times. In this case, pressure is made higher in a following pressurization process than in a preceding pressurization process, and forcedly reduced before the opening of the tank after pressure keeping treatment in the tank.
