PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning sheet for heat press showing no fear that meshes of a base material are transferred to an item to be treated even when the cushioning sheet is thin and high pressing force is given. SOLUTION: Since an embedded filler layer 6 is constructed in such a manner that meshes of an aramid fabric 4 do not appear in the surface of the cushioning sheet 1 by filling FEP 5 into work yarn of the aramid fabric 4 of the base material, it is possible to prevent the meshes of the aramid fabric 4 from being transferred to the item to be treated.
