PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a bend in the direction without any arranged roll cannot be corrected sufficiently since a roller to correct the bend is arranged on one plate facing a metallic material regarding bend correction though the direction of the bend of the metallic material coiled around a bobbin is not on the plane but on the entire circumference of the diameter direction. SOLUTION: A device for correcting a bend and a diameter of a wire comprises a guide unit (a tension mechanism 300) which is arranged on a transfer path of a wire-like material (a material 10) to guide the material before correcting the bend, a substantially cylindrical rotation-holding unit (a drum 100) which is rotated with the transfer path of the material as the axis, the power to rotate the rotation holding unit, a roller (a correction roller 101) which is rotatably mounted inside a cylinder of the rotation holding unit to correct the bend of the material, and a drawing unit (a feed mechanism 200) to correct the bend by the roller.
