PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly brilliant printed matter, which has high metallic lustrous feeling, and expresses more abundant metallic toned pattern in addition to the high metallic lustrous feeling. SOLUTION: This highly brilliant printed matter consists of a base material layer, a colored printing layer formed through printing with color ink on the base material layer and a highly brilliant printing layer formed through printing with high brilliant ink on the colored printing layer or of the colored printing layer and the highly brilliant printing layer both formed by gravure printing.
