PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal information notice system for surely informing the user of a mobile terminal about the presence of incoming calls during absence and unread mail when the incoming calls during absence and the unread mail are present in the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: Signal lines 21 are formed in signal wires of a power cord 19 for the charger 12 of a mobile phone 11 and each of household electric appliances, and a change takes place in the signal lines 21 when each of the household electric appliances is operated. The mobile phone 11 monitors the change in the signal lines 21 and recognizes that a user is present in a space when the change is present. When the incoming calls during absence and the unread mail are present in the mobile phone 11 placed on the charger 12 or the household electric appliance is operated, it is recognized that the user is present in the same space by utilizing the recognition of the mobile phone 11, and the mobile phone 11 rings a message.
