PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feces sampling container, a feces inspection method, and an inspection apparatus capable of appropriately acquiring inspection results, by determining whether the fractionated amount of feces suspension is sufficient. SOLUTION: The inspection apparatus is provided with a dispensing and diluting part 43 for fractionating a feces suspension from the faces sampling container 1 for housing the feces suspension, in which feces are dispersed in a feces-dissolved solution and injecting only a previously set amount of solution for dilution, having a specific pigment different in concentration from the feces-dissolved solution, into the feces suspension; an absorbance measuring part 61 for detecting the concentration of the specific pigment which changes with the injection of the solution for dilution; and a control unit 66 for determining whether the fractionated amount of the feces suspension is satisfactory, on the basis of the detected pigment concentration.
