Hair styling composition contains at least one setting polymer (A) and either licochalcone (A) (I; 1-(4-hydroxybenzoyl)-2-(2-methoxy-4-hydroxy-5-[2-methylbut-3-en-2-yl]phenyl)ethylene) or an extract (B) of Radix Glycyrrhizae inflatae. An independent claim is also included for a product containing (A) in a package that carries written instructions for use.
