METHOD FOR PRODUCING MODIFIED TARGET T CELL AND MEDICINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing a tumor-specific T cell.

SOLUTION: A tumor-specific T cell having antitumor activity is produced to enable tumor-specific cellular immunotherapy from a small amount of blood by transferring a TCR gene of a tumor-specific CTL to a T cell having non-specifically activated antitumor activity. An MHC class I restricted tumor-specific Th cell is obtained by the method to enable the production of a cell exhibiting antitumor activity and helper activity by reacting with a tumor cell expressing an MHC class I molecule.
