<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing human reconstruction skin that contains melanocyte, is histologically and functionally similar to the human skin and has excellent quantity and convenience by using a human cultured cell. <P>SOLUTION: The method for constructing human skin tissue is a method for reconstructing human skin tissue on the body surface of a non-human animal comprises (a) a cylindrical chamber for cellular injection in the back skin of an immunodeficient non-human animal, (b) injecting a cell suspension containing a human cultured fibroblast, a human cultured keratinocyte and a human cultured melanocyte into the chamber, (c) after passing ≥7 days after cell transplantation, cutting the upper bottom part of the chamber to open the whole area of the cylindrical part and then (d) eliminating the chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
