<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the opening of two adjacent ceiling panels at their ends while suppressing the shift in the horizontal direction. <P>SOLUTION: Each of the ceiling panels 1, 2 located at the gripping position of a clip has a stopper at the edge, a protrusion inside the stopper and a groove between the stopper and the protrusion.
