<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce temperature difference among many power source modules to an ideal state with very simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A power source device for a vehicle is equipped with a battery case 2 for housing a plurality of power source modules 1, a blower fan 3A sending cooled air to the battery case 2, and a control circuit 26 controlling the operation of the blower fan 3A by detecting the temperature of the power source modules 1. The battery case 2 has a plurality of compartments 5 formed by partitioning the inside and a plurality of power source modules 1 are arranged in each compartment 5. In each compartment 5, the blower fan 3A is separately connected and operation of each blower fan 3A is separately controlled. The control circuit 26 detects the difference between the temperatures of the battery in the compartment 5 from the temperature of the power source module 1 in each compartment 5, and when the temperature difference exceeds the set temperature difference, a power source switch 29 of the blower fan 3A connected to the compartment 5 having lower battery temperature is turned on/off to control supply power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
