<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave oven heating packaging bag having a retort adaptability satisfying a seal strength (more than 22.5N/15mm) required for a packaging bag for retort food, having a shape requiring no complex step at a bag manufacturing step and a content filling step and having the vapor releasing function with an automatic opening mechanism for preventing a bag from being ruptured at the circumferential edge seal during heating at the microwave oven and preventing the stored content from being dispersed or leaked out of the bag. <P>SOLUTION: This is a microwave oven heating packaging bag the content of which is a food having a retort characteristic that circumferential edge is heat sealed to make a sealed state.
