PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain loss of the driving force of a motor as far as possible and to reduce abnormal sounds.
SOLUTION: At the non-driving time of the motor 6, clutch claw members 20, 21 are drawn by extension springs 22, 23 into long grooves 16, 17, and edges of the clutch claw members 20, 21 are positioned inside an outer peripheral surface of a circular clutch member 14, which means a clutch mechanism 8 is set to be turned off (shutoff). As the circular clutch member 14 rotates at the driving time of the motor 6, the clutch claw members 20, 21 move to the direction of getting out of the long grooves 16, 17 with the centrifugal force resisting the spring force of the extension springs 22, 23 and come into short grooves 18, 19 of an annular clutch member 15. Thereby, the circular clutch member 14 and the annular clutch member 15 are rotationally connected through the clutch claw members 20, 21, and the clutch mechanism 8 is set to be turned on (connected).
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
|
