TREATMENT APPARATUS OF ALUMINUM DROSS REMAINING ASH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific treatment apparatus for treating aluminum dross remaining ash.

SOLUTION: In the treatment device 1, a reaction tank 2 in which the aluminum dross remaining ash and water can mixedly exist; a burner 3 capable of heating the content of the reaction tank 2; and a gas discharge port capable of discharging the gas from the reaction tank 2 during the heating reaction are provided. A release port 6 (blowing port) capable of blowing water vapor used as a heating means at an initial stage of the reaction is particularly provided on a lower end of the reaction tank 2. At an outlet side of the gas discharge port 4, an ammonia water tank 38 for capturing ammonia and a bubble catcher 37 for recovering the aluminum dross remaining ash discharged with bubbles are provided.
