RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR FATIGUE BY EXERCISE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery system for fatigue by exercise wherein a fatigue recovery apparatus can be easily installed corresponding to a degree of fatigue during and after the exercise to safely increase an effect of the exercise.

SOLUTION: A physiological phenomenon detector 1 of which the wristwatch-shaped main body 2 is attached to an arm of a user notifies the degree of fatigue which is calculated by a degree of fatigue calculating means 6 from physiological volumes such as a blood flow volume, a lactic acid value or the like detected by a sensor section 4 which is a physiological phenomenon detecting means attached tightly to the skin on the reverse face and from an individual average value of the physiological volumes on a display board 3 on the right face and transmits the degree of fatigue by a degree of fatigue transmitting means 8. Also, a fatigue recovery apparatus 10 generates a fatigue recovering atmosphere by a fatigue recovery means 12 which is comprised of a controlling section 13 to control the generation of the atmosphere useful for the fatigue recovery and a main body of an air conditioner 14 so that the recovery system for fatigue by exercise which easily performs the fatigue recovery is realized by covering the user with the atmosphere.
