<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting a power supply in a flash memory device. <P>SOLUTION: The device for detecting a power supply in a nonvolatile memory device which is equipped with at least one or more nonvolatile memory cell, and to which external power is supplied in an external power supply mode, is provided with a high voltage generator for generating the voltage of a level required according to the high voltage enable signal, a high voltage level detecting section for detecting the fact when the voltage generated according to an internal power supply mode signal generated in an internal power supply mode reaches the required voltage level, and outputting a first detecting signal, and an external power supply mode detecting section for outputting a second detecting signal to operate the nonvolatile memory cell according to an external power supply mode signal generated in an external power supply mode, and a second detecting signal according to the first detecting signal in the internal power supply mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
