PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an oil-filled equipment and a control unit in which the oil-filled equipment such as a transmission and the control unit can be easily integrated with each other, and an electric wire required therebetween need not be installed outside. SOLUTION: A relay connector unit 22 is integrated with a control unit 102 to perform the operational control of a transmission 101, the relay connector unit 22 is inserted in an attachment hole 1a formed in a transmission case 1, and the control unit 102 is integrally attached to the transmission 101. Electric connection between the transmission 101 and the control unit 102 is performed by fitting a relay unit fitting connector 8 of the transmission 101 to the relay connector unit 22.
