PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid filled vibration isolating device which makes abnormal noises hard to be generated and facilitates damping of either large amplitude or small amplitude of vibration. SOLUTION: A partition element 12 comprises a partition plate 15 made of a metallic sheet and a pair of holding members 16, 17. A rubber member 18 comprises a first rubber part 81, a second rubber part 82, and a third rubber part 83. One holding member 16 has a first stopper surface 85, and the other holding member 17 has a second stopper surface 86. An outer periphery 80 is positioned on the radially outer side of the radially inner side end face 89 of the pair of holding members 16, 17. An orifice 25 is formed between the inner periphery part of a fitting cylindrical part 100 having the pair of holding members 16, 17 fitted therein and the outer periphery part of the pair of holding members 16, 17, and the diameter of the fitting cylindrical part 100 is increased so that the whole or part of the orifice 25 is positioned on the radially outer side of the inner peripheral wall 101 of a first fluid chamber 11A.
