PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus which easily and flexibly accesses any one of a plurality of networks of a client while maintaining security for each of the plurality of networks. SOLUTION: A terminal identifier and access information for accessing one of a plurality of networks are received from a terminal, and any one of either a lowest first level which is one of a plurality of security levels selected based on a result of authentication of the terminal, the terminal identifier and the access information, or a second level corresponding to the access information is acquired. If the second level is acquired, access to a network corresponding to the second level is made possible, and a wireless zone is encrypted using an encryption algorithm corresponding to said level and an encryption key.
