PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-throughput screening system utilizing combinatorial bioengineering for shortening the time of screening and improving the operation efficiency. SOLUTION: The method for screening agonists comprises the steps of obtaining a yeast expressing a receptor and presenting a randomized agonist candidate substance to the cell surface layer and the step of detecting the yeast in which the expressed agonist candidate substance is bound to the receptor.
